Work Christmas Party 2011

This year my work decided that our Christmas party we were going to have Santa and all the kids could come and it would be for whole families to come. 

It was a fun time and all the kids had a blast, pretty much there were way more kids than adults and LOTS of noise!!

Then it was time for pin the nose on Frosty...Marcie did a great job heading this all .... woo were that was a lot of kids!! 

We also did a white Elephant gift exchange that was a ton of fun...

The party was a blast....wore me right out though...i went home and crashed!! 

Ken's first Ice Fishing Trip

Ken and his buddy Cody went up to Causey Dam Ice fishing ....they left the house about 5am and he said it was freezing....can't imagine why???

Ken and Cody actually each ended up catching a fish!!! Woo woo!!! The fish were eating Salmon eggs and the eggs turned the whole fish pink....so crazy! (they knew this because when Ken took the hook out of the mouth the fish started puking up salmon eggs.....YUMMY!!!) 

Ken said he had a great time and he's excited to go again and take me and the boys. Not sure how excited i am, but for sure when i go we'll be pitching our little ice fishing tent to stay warm. 

First Camping Trip with Toy Hauler!!!

Somehow i missed blogging these pictures so they are a little out of the time frame.....this was the last weekend in October. We figured we could get one camping trip in before it got too cold.....

Well we got the camping trip in BUT man was it cold!!!

The boys were SOOOO excited to finally get to sleep in the camper up top on the bunk bed, they loved it!!

In the morning we were set out to go fishing! These are our brand new poles we had just got before the trip. I hadn't been fishing since I was a kid with my Dad, been at least 15yrs. (man i think i'm getting old.)

We didn't catch any fish....kind of a bummer, but it was still a wonderful day. Can't wait till it warms up again so we can go camping all the time.
