One of the mornings we woke up early and went down to the beach to look for sand dollars. The earlier the better, have to get there before the birds eat them all. We didn't have much luck this year, only found a few but it was a lot of fun.
It's pretty chilly in the mornings there and the water is freezing, but it's still so amazingly wonderful to wake up and walk along the beach.
Alex was a crazy man, he was completely soaked in no time. He didn't care at all that it was freezing. He had so much fun chasing the birds and looking for shells.

Back at the camper we had some breakfast.
Then off to the beach again for some boogie boarding.
