Tide Pools

This is the little bridge we walk over from the campground to go to the beach. It's a really pretty look out spot and all the ducks go around the bridge.

We took a evening walk out on the pier, 

Lots of surfers around the pier, this is just beautiful. 

Pelicans everywhere!! They were so cool to watch. They circle and then dive straight down into the water to catch fish. This evening we watched TONS of them just diving one after the other. Then some dolphins came around too. It was really neat to see. 

The next day we went to the tide pools. Most of these pictures are cousin Ron's that he gave us, he has a really nice camera and did a great job taking photos. 

LOVE this one. 

We found a HUGE starfish. It was incredible.  

There were a bunch of sea lions bathing on the rocks. We weren't too far away, they would just look up at us and then go right back to lounging. 

Found another starfish, this one was a lot smaller but still really neat.

Alex was a little mountain goat, he had NO fear at all of going anywhere. Gave me a few anxiety attacks but he was having a blast.

This was a really great day. The boys had a blast. Braxton picked up tons of rocks, which he LOVES.
